We developed a fiberglass matting with polymer string enter woven in the mat, making it the strongest mat made. Our F.R.P Build System is all industrial grade material. One layer of our matting is equal to 2 ft of concrete and is 17 times more flexible than concrete.

Standard fiberglass has been outlawed today for any use for food, drinking water, biological, and aquariums. The EPA and OSHA have found that polyesters, vinyl esters and gel coats continue to give off toxic fumes and eventually break down in many cases.

A Resin ahead of its time…
We take raw materials such as soybeans, beans and peanuts and turn them into industrial resins to sell to other manufacturing companies which build; Yachts, Pools, Aircraft, Toys, Build Panels, Fishing Equipment & Military Panels. Our epoxies are 100% solid, odorless, non-toxic, 100% waterproof and non-conductive. Epoxy is one of the only engineered materials that will bond to concrete, steel, tile, etc.

Our epoxies are safe to use for food and water containment and we are releasing the FIRST epoxy gel coat in May 2011, our gel coat is odorless, non-toxic and will NEVER peel, flake or chalk and is highly abrasion resistant.

Preparation was done before start of work, the basement was cleaned out and was the walls were slightly washed to remove dirt, debris, etc. then excess water was vacuumed with a shop vac. We then cleaned the basement with ArmorGuard Cleaner. Be sure the basement is completely dry before applying any resins, coatings or trowel mix.
F.R.P is used in heavy water conditions, by building a fiberglass shell in the basement preventing water from getting in; this is also used on bulk heads to prevent movement and cracking.
If we can hold water, we can prevent water from getting in. F.R.P can be applied to any substrate including; brick, block, concrete, stone, etc.
